Jotobico Spain S.L is a family owned Real-Estate company under the umbrella of Jotobico Holding AS in Norway. Whether you are looking for a holiday home to buy or rent, we can help you.
In 1897 J.S.Cock AS was established by Jens Sigvald Cock and became 105 years later the basis of the establishment of Jotobico Holding.
J.S.Cock's main activity from the beginning was sales and production of typical technical products such as valves, vessels lubrication oils and protective paint for the shipping and industrial markets in Scandinavia. When Philips Petroleum discovered Oil and gas on the Ekofisk field in 1969, a new era for Norway and J.S.Cock began. J.S.Cock became soon one of the Norwegian leading suppliers of corrosion protective paint, critical valves and related high technical products to the Norwegian Oil and Gas industry. During the upcoming 50 years J.S.Cock AS expanded naturally into other business activities such as properties and real estate, though in a fairly small scale.
Real Estate & Property Division
Jotobico Holding was established in 2005 in order to join all the family owned companies under one umbrella, and grouped into 3 main divisions, where Jotobico became the Real Estate and Property division.
When 5th generation in 2015 took over as CEO for the Technical and chemical division Jotobico Spain S.L bought their first rental property Calle Tucan 11 in Marbella Spain. Later the Arrayanes Golf apartment was purchased for rental purposes and later has been sold.
In 2019 Jotobico Spain bought plot number 12 in the Hills project in La Quinta, Benahavis, and has developed one of the most extraordinary villas in the area of 1450sqm built area.
In 2024 the villa has been completed and is now for sale.

J.S. Cock AS Founded
Jens Sigvald Cock established J.S. Cock AS, focusing on technical products such as valves, lubrication oils and protective paint for the shipping and industrial markets in Scandinavia.
Norwegian Oil Era Begins

Jotobico Holding was established to join all family-owned companies under one umbrella, grouped into 3 main divisions, where Jotobico became the Real Estate and Property division.
Spanish Market Entry
5th generation took over as CEO. Jotobico Spain S.L. bought their first rental property Calle Tucan 11 in Marbella, Spain. Later the Arrayanes Golf apartment was purchased for rental purposes.
The Hills Project
Jotobico Spain bought plot number 12 in the Hills project in La Quinta, Benahavís, and developed one of the most extraordinary villas in the area of 1,465 m² built area.
Villa Completed
The Hills 12 villa has been completed and is now for sale – a stunning luxury residence with panoramic views, indoor and outdoor pools, and a private helipad.
